Is the call-out really free?
We don’t charge a call-out just to attend. You only pay if we can complete a repair or replacement (subject to inspection and safe working conditions).
Can you repair my tyre instead of replacing it?
If the puncture is in a repairable area and the tyre is otherwise safe, we’ll advise repair. If not, we’ll recommend replacement.
